Passive – Duality
On the battlefield, Sigils of Yin/Yang are produced by Luo Yi’s abilities. Sigils can last for up to 6 seconds each.
When two sigils with opposing traits are at a specified distance of one another, Yin-Yang Reaction will be activated, dealing 365 (+20 Hero Level) (+190% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to the marked enemy heroes, stun-locking them for one second, and luring them toward one another.
Luo Yi obtains 300 (+10 Hero Level) (+150% Total Magic Power) shield (up to 3 stacks) and 30% more movement speed with each additional sigil she applies to a marked adversary. These benefits degrade over two seconds.
Skill 1 – Dispersion
Luo Yi directs the energy of Yin/Yang in that direction, causing magic damage to the first enemy hit and enemies behind them in a cone that ranges from 210 to 410 (+120% total magic power). Heroes of the enemy who are hit bear the Sigil of Yin/Yang.
Luo Yi has a maximum of four dispersion charges and adds one every eight seconds. Additionally, each time the Yin-Yang Reaction is activated, she gains 1 charge.
Skill 2 – Rotation
Defeated opponents suffer 250–350 (+50% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage from Luo Yi’s summoned Fire of Yang/Aqua of Yin, which also slows them by 60% for 0.5 seconds.
Then, for the next six seconds, Fire of Yang/Aqua of Yin stays in place, dealing 50–70 (+10% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage every 0.7 seconds. Additionally, it might cause a Yin-Yang reaction by marking contrasting characteristics.
Skill 3 – Diversion
Active: A Teleport Circle is formed around Luo Yi, with the desired location (within 20 units) designated as its final destination. Allied heroes in the Circle, including herself, will be transferred there after a 3-second wait.
